Key Responsibilities

As an AR Accounting Trainee, you’ll support the accounts receivable team in key daily tasks, including:

• Bank Statement Processing: Book and match bank statements with sales invoices.
• Reconciliation: Assist with AR reconciliation and clearing.
• Customer Management: Help with AR customer creation and maintain accurate records.
• Invoice Monitoring: Track overdue invoices and support follow-up actions.
• Credit Notes: Create credit notes as needed.
• Intercompany (IC) Invoicing: Manage IC invoicing and prepare IC summaries.
• Reporting: Support the preparation of reports for the statistical center.

Keys to Success

• Education: Ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and effective communication.
• Mindset: Positive, proactive, and eager to learn in a multicultural environment.
• Tools: Familiarity with accounting systems is a plus but not mandatory.
