We are looking for 3 x Procurement Trainees who are motivated, energetic, and have a “can-do” attitude. This summer position is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in procurement while working in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Purchasing Coordination: Manage purchases and related services to ensure on-time delivery at the lowest total cost.
• Supplier Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, monitor delivery confirmations, and address delivery issues.
• Process Improvement: Help develop and optimize purchasing processes and tools.
• Problem Solving: Resolve delivery, inventory, and supplier-related challenges.
• Item Data Maintenance: Contribute to updating prices, lead times, and other relevant item-related data.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Proactively share information across the supply chain and Evac’s global organization.

Keys to Success

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Understanding: Moderate technical knowledge of spare parts and suppliers.
• Language Skills: Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Mindset: Positive, development-oriented attitude with the ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
• Skills: Strong organizational abilities, proactive communication, and a hands-on approach.
