We are looking for a Spare Part Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be at the heart of our spare parts operations, ensuring seamless data management and outstanding customer support. You’ll take charge of identifying spare parts, resolving data discrepancies, requesting missing information, and handling tasks with independence and precision. With tasks assigned through Jira, your proactive mindset will drive success from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating and managing spare parts data in our Product Data Management (PDM) system.
• Supporting global service sales by identifying legacy items, suggesting replacements, and providing missing technical details.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather crucial information and documentation.
• Ensuring spare part master data is complete, accurate, and up to date.
• Maintaining top-quality data and swiftly resolving any errors.
• Managing time-sensitive requests efficiently to meet customer expectations.
• Finding innovative ways to enhance the collection and processing of supplier-related spare part data.
• Tackling additional tasks as needed to support the team.

What We’re Looking For

• A relevant technical background (B.Sc., M.Sc., or equivalent qualification).
• A service-minded team player with a positive "Can Do" attitude.
• Hands-on experience with technical equipment in process industries.
• The ability to interpret datasheets and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in PDM/ERP systems and a strong grasp of Microsoft 365 (Office, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Familiarity with Adobe products.
• Experience with Jira is a plus.
• A talent for prioritizing urgent cases and staying organized under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
