We’re looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team and serve as the crucial link between our customers and internal departments. If you're skilled at managing orders, resolving issues quickly, and enhancing the customer experience, we want to hear from you!
About the Role
As the Inside Sales Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responsible for preparing quotes, processing orders, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams. You will play a vital role in shaping the customer’s perception of our company through timely communication, accuracy, and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary customer contact for quotes, orders, and service inquiries
Enter and manage orders using our ERP/MRP systems, including generating acknowledgments, packing slips, shipping documents, and invoices
Review and ensure compliance with customer order terms and conditions
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, purchasing, production planning, and other teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
Maintain clear and accurate records of all order-related documentation
Support and back up other team members and assist sales as needed
What We’re Looking For
Must be a U.S. citizen
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred
2+ years of experience in customer service or sales support
Knowledge of government contracts is a plus
Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office applications
Experience in a make-to-order manufacturing environment strongly preferred
