We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales performance and develop long‑term customer relationships within the Commercial, Navy, and Offshore vessel segments. The role covers both newbuild and retrofit projects and involves close collaboration with customers, partners, and internal teams in a complex, project‑driven sales environment.
As Sales Manager, you will take full ownership of the sales lifecycle in your territory, representing the company towards key customers while ensuring commercially sound, well‑executed projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow customer relationships across Commercial, Navy, and Offshore vessel segments
Own the full sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification through order intake, contract negotiation, and handover to execution
Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and translate them into competitive technical and commercial solutions
Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, margin control, and CRM discipline
Lead commercial negotiations, ensuring proposals, pricing, and contracts comply with company policies and approval processes
Review RFQs and prepare commercial proposals in close collaboration with Sales Support
Coordinate contract finalisation, including scope, pricing, payment terms, and terms & conditions
Support internal processes such as credit checks, compliance requirements, and contract follow‑up
Ensure structured and timely handover of projects to delivery teams
Act as a key interface between customers and internal teams to support successful project execution
Work in full compliance with QEHS policies and the company Code of Conduct
Key Requirements
3–5 years of sales experience within the marine industry or a closely related technical sector
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BSc/MSc) in a relevant discipline
Strong commercial acumen with proven experience in contract negotiation and pipeline management
Ability to manage complex sales processes with long timelines and multiple interfaces
Strong customer focus and relationship‑building skills
Interest in sustainability, green shipping, and new marine technologies
Willingness to travel and participate in international sales activities
Native‑level French and fluent English communication skills
