Ensure internal approval processes are followed in line with company guidelines.
Maintain an up-to-date project pipeline and provide regular progress reporting.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the bidding, sales, and negotiation process.
Attend client and subcontractor meetings, ensuring clear documentation and follow-up actions.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, industry standards, and project performance requirements.

Knowledge of Cathelco systems or Transvac technology would be advantageous.
Experience with quotation preparation, order processing, or purchasing in a technical or engineering environment.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Strong negotiation and commercial skills, particularly in complex or high-value projects.
Excellent organisation, numerical, and analytical abilities with strong attention to detail.
