Track, analyse, and report partner KPIs; identify gaps, opportunities, and development needs.
Collaborate with internal teams across Sales, Services, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, and Product Management to ensure seamless execution.
Ensure partner activities, pipeline, and commitments are clearly documented and communicated in CRM systems and agreed channels.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
Highly structured, organised, and able to manage multiple accounts independently.
Marine industry exposure is beneficial but not essential—success in the role comes from adaptability and a strong commercial mindset.
