Are you a legally trained professional looking to grow your in-house career in an international industrial environment? We are seeking a Legal Counsel to join our Group Legal team and support a wide range of legal and compliance activities across our business.
This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of post-graduation experience who wants to broaden their expertise in commercial contracts, compliance, corporate governance, and M&A, with strong support from experienced colleagues.
About the Role
As our Legal Counsel, you’ll play a key role in supporting the business by:
Drafting, reviewing, and managing a variety of commercial contracts (sales, supplier, distribution, agency, NDAs).
Assisting with legal compliance topics, especially sanctions compliance.
Helping monitor legal and policy compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Coordinating external legal counsel on contracts, compliance, and other legal matters.
Maintaining and updating legal templates, guidelines, and internal databases.
Supporting M&A activities.
Delivering training to business teams.
(Optional based on your interests) Getting involved in IPR, data protection, claims and litigation, and/or sustainability topics.
You will work closely with the General Counsel and receive day-to-day guidance from the Senior Legal Counsel, ensuring strong mentorship and development opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
Master’s degree in Law (LL.M. or equivalent) from a recognized European university.
1–3 years of relevant post-graduation experience, preferably from a law firm or in-house function within an industrial company.
Key Skills & Attributes
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
Interest in commercial contracts and legal compliance (sanctions knowledge a plus).
Eagerness to learn and develop within a fast-paced team.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Positive, collaborative, and team-focused mindset.
Fluency in English.
