As a Documentation Trainee, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate, compliant, and efficient documentation. You will support Evac’s operational and regulatory goals, contribute to continuous process improvement, and help ensure smooth flows of information across the organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Technical writing for Projects, Products, and Spare Parts

• Preparation and updating of technical documentation, such as Manuals or Data Sheets

• Document control and management as needed and interfacing with other engineering disciplines

• Guiding and training personnel on best practices for documentation

• Developing best practices as well as the Documentation System

What Will Help You Succeed

• Education: Ongoing UAS (University of Applied Sciences) or university studies in a relevant Engineering field, such as Mechanical, Electrical, Process, or Environmental

• Attention to detail: Strong organizational skills and accuracy in all tasks

• Proactive mindset: Self-motivated with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach

• Passion for compliance: Focused on quality, accuracy, and adherence to internal and regulatory standards

• Language skills: Fluent in written and spoken English; Finnish is a plus but not mandatory

• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively across international and cross-functional teams
