We’re strengthening our Supply Chain organization and looking for an experienced Logistics Specialist to drive smooth, cost-efficient, and customer-focused logistics operations. As our Logistics Specialist, you’ll manage logistics activities for Project Logistics and Spares Logistics, ensuring timely deliveries and exceptional customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

Project & Spares Logistics

• Organize deliveries from Evac and suppliers to customers, ensuring on-time and cost-efficient execution.

• Monitor and manage open project deliveries with accuracy and urgency.

• Analyze and select optimal transportation routes and methods based on cost, lead time, and customer expectations.

• Perform logistics risk assessments and contribute to project logistics budgeting and cost monitoring.

Daily Operational Logistics

• Manage delivery processes in ERP and logistics systems, ensuring accurate documentation.

• Prepare and handle transportation documents (export/import and general logistics).

• Oversee customs clearance and duties in collaboration with Logistics Service Providers.

• Process invoices and purchase orders in ERP systems.

Collaboration & Development

• Work closely with Sales, Project Management, Procurement, and Logistics Service Providers.

• Support transportation-related matters for Buyers, Procurement Leaders, and Sales.

• Contribute to process improvements and logistics strategy execution.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain

• Strong knowledge of Incoterms and import/export processes

• Experience with Logistics Service Providers and ERP systems

• Fluent in English, with strong organizational and multitasking skills
