Group Financial Controller

As Group Financial Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with the Group’s accounting policies. You will work closely with country financial controllers and finance teams, supporting them on technical and accounting-related reporting matters.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Monthly Group actuals reporting (consolidation, eliminations, group journals and documentation), compiling the consolidated reports and ensuring their accuracy
- Participation in the forecasting and budgeting processes as well as management reporting for selected areas
- Preparing breakdowns and reconciliations and ensuring bridge analysis between local GAAP and group reporting
- Participation in preparing for the Group’s consolidated financial statements and assisting in the audits
- Participation in the Group Finance development projects
- Participation in updating the transfer pricing documentations and preparing the Group’s intercompany fee calculations
- Keeping track on and development of internal controls compliance.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of strong group reporting experience, preferably in an international environment applying IFRS.
- Good knowledge and practical experience with group consolidation tools.
- An analytical, systematic, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong Excel skills and fluency in English (other languages are an asset).
- A collaborative team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
