Are you a technically skilled professional with a passion for customer service and sustainability? Join our dynamic Onboard Service team as a Field Service Technician and play a vital role in maintaining and improving our marine systems across Germany and internationally.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Carry out annual servicing, preventive maintenance, repairs, commissioning, and warranty work on marine equipment.

• Perform pre-sales and warranty surveys, providing accurate and detailed reporting.

• Deliver training for crew members and fellow technicians on equipment operation and maintenance.

• Contribute to product development by sharing field insights and supporting testing activities.

• Ensure clear, professional communication with customers and internal teams at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• Vocational education or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in field service or marine systems.

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematic drawings, and P&IDs.

• Solid IT skills, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Excellent communication skills in both German and English (written and verbal).

• Valid German Driving Licence.

• Physically fit for field-based work, with the ability to work independently as well as in teams under pressure.
