Sales Coordinator

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of quotations, orders, and the delivery of spare parts to clients at both national and international levels. Acting as a key point of contact for customers, your role is central to the operational and commercial success of the spare parts business.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer enquiries and requests for spare parts.
- Assess client needs and prepare accurate quotations.
- Follow up on issued quotes and manage order processing from start to finish.
- Monitor and track open orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate the preparation and dispatch of spare parts.
- Issue proforma invoices and keep clients updated throughout the order cycle.
- Track prepayments and liaise with the accounting department on unpaid invoices.
- Proactively follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.
Your Profile
- Education in Business Administration or related field.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work under internal procedures and follow directives from superiors.
- Adherence to health, safety, hygiene, environmental rules, and internal company regulations
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong command of computer systems and office tools (e.g. MS Office Suite, ERP systems).
