We are now looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Customer Service team supporting the sale and supply of Evac spare parts.

In this role, you’ll be a key point of contact for our customers, ensuring their spare part needs are handled efficiently, accurately, and with a service mindset. You’ll work closely with our global customers and internal teams to coordinate the quoting, processing, and delivery of spare parts.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for spare part sales to key customers
• Prepare and deliver quotations, and process customer purchase orders
• Communicate closely with internal teams across the service organization
• Ensure continuous customer engagement and timely follow-up
• Maintain accurate records and proactively manage customer requests

What We’re Looking For

• M.Sc. or B.Sc. in a relevant business field
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to stay consistent and accurate in routine tasks
• Understanding of supply chain and customer service processes
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
