We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics and Quality Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this multifaceted role, you will play a key part in organizing shipments and supporting our quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Logistics Coordination:

• Organize shipments efficiently and ensure timely deliveries.
• Liaise with carriers to arrange transportation and secure export receipts.
• Track shipments and ensure accurate delivery updates.
• Ensure compliance with shipping instructions and internal regulations.

Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Support:

• Participate in implementing, monitoring, and improving QHSE systems.
• Collect and analyze field information (internal and external) to drive quality enhancements.
• Implement actions aligned with the company’s quality and risk management policies.
• Facilitate information sessions and awareness-raising meetings on QHSE topics.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Apply shipping instructions and ensure adherence to quality, hygiene, safety, and environmental rules.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including production, purchasing, sales, engineering, and finance.
• Work in partnership with carriers and external logistics providers.
• Collaborate with the HR Coordinator and actively engage with the QHSE committee to uphold standards.
