Assembler
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our operations team as an Assembler. In this role, you will be trained to assemble both small and large products and complete testing of those products. Daily task assignments are provided by the Operations Lead, and what you work on will vary on a regular basis, as we work to fulfill customer orders in a timely fashion.
Full-time role. Dayshift schedule: Monday-Thursday 6am to 3:30pm, Friday 6am to 10am.
Pay range is $18 - $20 per hour based on background and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute manufacturing orders as assigned by the Operations Lead and/or Operations Manager.
- Adhere to all assembly and testing procedures.
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and comply with all safety regulations.
- Communicate any issues and suggest continuous improvement ideas to leadership.
- Perform other duties and activities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be a citizen of the United States.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- High degree of manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds periodically.
- Ability to operate a forklift, manual material handling equipment, and a variety of power tools.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in reading and writing English.
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form.
