Sales Co-Ordinator (12 Month Contract)

Why This Role?
In this role, you’ll actively contribute to driving our sales success as part of our dynamic spares team. You’ll not only ensure a smooth order process but also identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through strategic upselling and cross-selling. Working closely with the spares team, you'll play a vital role in supporting the full sales cycle, making a tangible impact on our business and helping us achieve our sales targets.
What You’ll Do:
- New Business: Proactively reach out to customers to explore and discover additional quoting opportunities, delving into their specific needs, projects, and pain points to tailor solutions that align with their goals
- Be the Sales Champion: Serve as the dedicated point of contact, delivering a first-class customer experience while actively seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
- Maximise Sales Opportunities: Proactively identify customer needs and offer additional products or services that add value, driving increased revenue and deepening customer relationships.
- Drive Customer Success: Ensure on-time delivery by aligning customer expectations with product availability, and keep customers informed of any updates or changes. Turn every interaction into a sales opportunity.
What You’ll Need:
- A sales-focused, ‘can do’ attitude with strong time management and organisational skills.
- Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service and driving sales growth, ideally in a global or technical environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with international customers and internal teams, with a knack for identifying sales opportunities.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while staying focused on sales goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
