HR Manager (12 Months Contract)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement local HR strategies aligned with Company Strategy.
- Provide day-to-day support in employment matters to employees and managers in Evac Business Line countries (Germany, Norway, Greece).
- Coach leaders and employees in people and employment topics.
- Drive the creation of a Great Place to work through local processes and practices.
- Ensure high-quality and efficient HR services, practices, and administration.
- Serve as the first point of contact for managers and employees in employment matters.
- Address employee concerns and conflicts to foster a positive workplace culture.
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Own HR matters in Norway, Germany, and Greece.
- Implement Evac’s people priorities and support local HR processes.
- Partner with managers to develop talent strategies.
- Serve as a point of contact for addressing employee concerns and conflicts.
- Coach and guide managers and employees on HR topics.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
- Manage employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health.
- Oversee accurate working time and leave management.
- Support global HR trainings.
- Maintain HRIS system and travel system data accuracy and integrity.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience as an HR consultant or HR manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Business coaching experience & facilitation skills preferred.
- People-oriented approach with a strong drive for results.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Good knowledge of Labor Law and employment regulations.
- Proficiency with HRIS.
- Commitment and enthusiasm to drive organizational success.
- Understanding of cultural sensitivities and differences.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent English spoken and written.
